Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number
- You can track your order directly through the carrier's website
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase
- Aura Collections is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Lost or Stolen Packages
